HOPS: Handpicked from hundreds of varieties. Sourced from the US (Yakima, Washington, Willamette Valley, Oregon, Idaho, and Michigan), as well as - England, Germany, Czech Republic, Australia, and New Zealand.
YEAST: Collaborating with a small yeast laboratory in Colorado, we have access to a rich collection of isolated yeast strains. This allows us to work with healthy, viable strains to craft our ales and lagers. We proudly utilize up to six different yeast varieties to create diverse flavor profiles.
WATER: Often overlooked, water is a crucial ingredient. To achieve the perfect balance, we use reverse osmosis. This ensures a perfect mineral content for each beer.
