Here at Station Craft, we believe working together with our Wholesale Partners is one of the most important aspects of our business. By working together as a team, we can ensure that all customers who purchase our beer have the best experience possible no matter where they purchase. To ensure our customer’s experience of that beer, it's important that our entire production and supply chain is as efficient as possible. Our commitment to you begins with our brewing team making the best beer possible, extends through our sales team, and is executed by our delivery team. Our promise to you: ● Always provide beer at the peak of freshness, made with the highest quality ingredients. ● Maintain a selection of highly regarded core beers, and continuously evolve our specialty offerings, making as many possible to our wholesale partners as possible. ● Re-brewing our small batch core beers constantly, in order to always have a fresh product available to you. In return, we ask the following of you: ● Newly received Kegs / Cans / Bottles must be tapped / displayed upon receipt and sold through within 30 days. Station Craft reserves the right to set limits or terminate Wholesale Partners that are not selling the beer within 30 days. ● Kegs / Cans / Bottles must be stored / displayed in a refrigerated area at all times. If the beer is found warm stored, it may be seized and destroyed at the cost of the Wholesale Partner. Miscellaneous: ● For out-of-market Wholesale Partners, empty kegs must be returned within 35 days of receiving the order. ● Quantities will vary based on releases and supply. ● Absolutely no shipping of our beer to consumers is allowed. ● Draft Line Cleaning is the responsibility of the Wholesale Partner unless other arrangements have been discussed and agreed upon. Payment Terms & Conditions: ● Our Payment Terms are Net-15. Invoices are provided digitally via email only. Hard copies may be provided upon request. ACH/Online Payments can be made available upon request. ● We DO NOT accept Cash Payments. Checks or Money Orders must have the Account Name and Invoice Number noted on file. ● Any accounts that are in default will be required to have a Credit Card on file, which will be charged for past-due amounts plus a 5% Credit Card Fee. ● Any accounts that are in default more than once, will either be moved to C.O.D. for future orders or the account may be terminated. ● Returned/Bounced Checks will incur an additional $50 Returned Check Fee.
