Tofu, iceberg lettuce, tomato, and guacamole dressing on toasted sourdough.

Mixed greens with red onions, mandarin oranges, avocado, aged ricotta, wonton crumbles with blood orange vinaigrette.

Kale Caesar  $18

Fresh Kale with house-made Caesar dressing and sourdough croutons.

Faro, Israeli couscous, sweet potatoes, avocado, hummus, mixed greens, cucumbers, red onions, and green goddess tahini dressing.

FRENCH FRY TOFU TACOS  $23

3 tacos with marinated tofu, guacamole dressing, cabbage, and French fries. Served with a side of our spicy house-fermented hot sauce.

CEDAR PLANK TOFU  $23

Seared tofu baked on a cedar plank for 8 minutes, served on a bed of couscous, sautéed spinach, and red garnet puree.
