Slow-cooked pulled pork with homemade Mild Stars BBQ sauce served on a sesame bun with a heap of red cabbage slaw. Served with fries or potato chips.

GREAT SCOTT  $17

Blackened chicken on sourdough bread with bleu cheese, salt and pepper aioli, lettuce, and Hass avocado.  Served with a side of potato chips and a house fermented pickle spear.

DOUBLE CRUSH BURGER  $18

Crushed prime beef. American cheese, shredded lettuce,  Station Sauce on a brioche bun. Served with a house-fermented pickle spear and a small green salad or Station Fries.

MONARCH BLT  $16

Thick and crispy Beeler's bacon, roma tomatoes, salt and pepper aioli, and lettuce on toasted sourdough. Served with house-made chips. Add sliced avocado ($2)

BURNING MISSION MAC & CHEESE  $17

Corkscrew pasta, ghost pepper cheese sauce, and super spicy breadcrumbs. We cannot make this less spicy. No refunds: Dead men tell no tales.

BLACKENED MAHI MAHI TACOS  $23

Blackened Mahi Mahi marinated in Station Craft beer and spiced with a serrano cilantro crema. Topped with crisp red cabbage, cotija cheese, pickled onions and served in a blue corn tortilla.
